All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in Miss L clear zip lock bag. All footwear must include their original shoebox and in its original condition. The returned items are customers' responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure that the parcel is returned via registered postage to prevent any lost of parcel.

- We do not provide cash refunds for returns.
- Merchandise purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
